Effective December 11, 2017, Myschoolbucks is increasing their online payment convenience fee to $2.49 per transaction. You can make online payments for more than one student at the same time and you will be charged just one convenience fee of $2.49.
 
We now stock Lactaid lactose free milk (8 ounces plain) – available to students who have a milk allergy/intolerance note on file. Please send note to campus Nurse or Child Nutrition Office (note may be signed by parent or doctor).

Check Acceptance Policy
Aledo ISD has established the following policy for accepting checks and collecting bad checks: For a check to be an acceptable form of payment, it must include your current, full and accurate name, and address and telephone number. When paying by check, you authorize the recovery of unpaid checks and the recovery of the state-allowed fee by means of electronic re-presentment. For assistance, please contact Paytek at 866-399-4101.
Parent Preference Pop Ups
PARENT PREFERENCE POP UPS ARE PURGED AT END OF YEAR AND NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO CHILD NUTRITION EVERY SCHOOL YEAR. SPECIAL DIETARY POP UPS TRANSFER WITH STUDENT TO NEXT GRADE/CAMPUS.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Students whose cafeteria account reaches the charge limit of -$15.00 will be provided with a Snack Meal. Students with a negative cafeteria balance will not be allowed to purchase snacks or extras until their balance is brought current. Negative balances will be communicated to parents via our ParentLink Email System and letters.

School meals meet USDA standards requiring age appropriate calorie and portion limits, larger and more varied servings of veggies and fruits and more whole grains. All students selecting a school meal must include a fruit or veggie serving on their tray at breakfast and lunch.

Just click here at MySchoolBucks to make easy online payments to your student's lunch account. Account prepayments (cash or check) may be made anytime in the cafeteria. (Payments may take 1+ days to post, depending on payment type.) This website provides a number of key features that you will find beneficial including:
  • Scheduled recurring payments
  • A convenience fee of $1.95 is charged per transaction (multiple students can be included in one transaction)
  • Automatic deposits when your child’s account balance runs low
  • Extended purchase history for the past 90 days
  • Low balance email notifications
